PolyOne recently formally announced that its board of directors elected William R. Jellison as an independent director with effect from now on. As a member of the audit committee, his election increased the number of PolyOne board directors to 11. Mr. Jellison, 57, is currently Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Stryker Corporation (NYSE: SYK), one of the world’s leading pharmaceutical technology companies. He is primarily responsible for various international financial matters involved in corporate operations, including financial accounting, planning and analysis,
