传统的六连杆型抽油机在可靠性方面比较差,发生故障的频率也比较高且维修费用贵,那些容易损坏的零部件通用性也比较差,所以目前在生产上已不再使用。为了改善这些缺点,对传统的六连杆型抽油机进行改造,把游梁结构进行转型,并把连杆截断之后重新焊接,改变原有连杆的长度,使得传统的六连杆型抽油机可靠性更高、结构更简单。按照行业标准,对改造后的抽油机进行测试,结果显示改造后的抽油机能够满足生产强度的要求。改造后的六连杆型抽油机在节能上更加显著,延长了使用寿命。
