贵州省汽车拖挂截至去年11月底;共制造了各型挂车1,951台,计3,446吨,占现有货车总数的89.70%(现有贷车2,175辆)。由于大力推广拖挂运输,汽车质量有显著提高,11月份挂车产量达370万吨公里,占总产量的8.9%。汽车加拖加挂问题,在贵州来说远在1952年,1956年,以至1957年曾经试验过,几起几落没有成功直到去年迅速发展起来,全面推广。其原因不外以下几点。一、冲破特殊关,打倒条件论。我们有些同志,特别是技术干部,过去只要提到实行汽车拖挂,不是沉默,便是摇头,既不热情,又无信心为什么呢?原来他
