目的:研究同型半胱氨酸(HCY)促进血管平滑肌细胞(VSMC)的增殖及其机制。方法:采用同位素技术测定3HTdR参入和丝裂素活化蛋白激酶(MAPK)活性。结果:HCY促进VSMC增殖,同时HCY增加MAPK活性,二者均具有剂量效应关系,而且二者之间呈显著正相关。结论:HCY促进VSMC增殖,可能是通过增加MAPK活性的途径实现的
AIM: To investigate the effects of homocysteine (HCY) on the proliferation of vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMC) and its mechanism. Methods: 3H-TdR incorporation and mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) activity were measured using isotope techniques. Results: HCY promoted the proliferation of VSMCs, while HCY increased the activity of MAPK, both of which had dose-response relationship, and there was a significant positive correlation between the two. CONCLUSION: HCY can promote the proliferation of VSMC possibly through increasing the activity of MAPK
