在中国惠普大厦17层,新扩建的Help Desk中心里悬挂着14个国家的国旗,数十个不同肤色的服务人员正在用不同的语言在解答着来自不同国家的客户问题。这是中国惠普与通用电气亚洲医疗系统集团(GE Medical Systems Asia,简称GEMSA)签定外包服务合同之后,为其亚太地区14个国家的近万名员工,用四个语种(英语、韩语、日语与汉语普通话)提供7*24小时的用户服务及相关的IT支持。这也表明惠普亚太支
On the 17th floor of the Hewlett-Packard building in China, there are 14 national flags hanging in the newly expanded Help Desk center. Dozens of different color service personnel are answering customer questions in different languages in different countries. This is the result of an outsourcing contract signed between GE Healthcare Systems GE and GE Medical Systems Asia (GE Medical Systems Asia) for nearly 10,000 employees in 14 countries in the Asia-Pacific region in four languages (English, Korean, Japanese And Mandarin Chinese) provide 7 * 24 hours of user service and related IT support. This also shows that HP Asia Pacific branch
