本文介绍了用HCD方法在精密Nd—Fe—B永磁体表面沉积耐高温高压水蒸气腐蚀涂层技术,并研究了涂层和基底近界面处的某些成分和结构特征。
In this paper, the HCD method was used to deposit the high temperature and high pressure water vapor corrosion coating on the surface of the precision Nd-Fe-B permanent magnet. Some compositions and structural features at the near interface of the coating and the substrate were also studied.
