当前,作风建设取得了阶段性成效。但也要看到,在落实中央八项规定精神上还存在一些问题和薄弱环节,原来较易发现的显性问题有所收敛,但有些违规行为趋于隐蔽的情况有所抬头、不容忽视。中央八项规定实施以来,在新疆维吾尔自治区党委的领导下,自治区纪委从群众反映强烈的突出问题抓起,加强监督检查,严格监督执纪问责,有力促进了党风政风好转,带动了社风民风转变,受到了社会各界和各族人民群众的肯定。作风建设永远在路上。新疆落实中央八项规定精神、坚决纠正“四风”还存在哪些问题,下一步怎么办,如何实现党的作风建设常态化等都值得深入思考。对此,我们进行了专题调研。
