苏联的很多工厂使用钢带联接式无砧座锤(图1)进行模锻。与一般的蒸空模锻锤相比,无砧座锤有很多优点。但是这种锤也有缺点,它的最大缺点是钢带与锤头连接部分的缓冲器使锤头的形状异常复杂,每个锤头的两侧各有一个凸耳,凸耳有孔,以便装拉杆4和缓冲器5。锤头的连接凸耳是最薄弱的地方,由于冲击载荷而产生的应力集中于该处,因而容易断裂。
Many factories in the Soviet Union use the steel belt joint anvilless hammer (Figure 1) forging. Compared with the general steam forging hammer, anvilless hammer has many advantages. However, this kind of hammer has its drawbacks. The biggest disadvantage of this type of hammer is that the bumper of the connecting portion between the steel strip and the hammer head causes the shape of the hammer head to be extremely complicated. Each side of each hammer head has a lug, Lever 4 and bumper 5. Hammer the connecting lugs are the weakest place, due to the impact load generated stress concentrated in the area, so easy to break.
