目的:探讨干扰素γ(IFNγ)对人胰腺癌细胞CD44蛋白表达的影响。方法:使用CD44s,CD44v9,CD44v6和CD44v4单抗,采用流式细胞分析和免疫组化方法检测IFNγ作用于人胰腺癌细胞(SW1990)48h后,CD44蛋白表达的变化。结果:IFNγ作用48h后,SW1990细胞实验组CD44s,CD44v9,CD44v6和CD44v4的表达均较对照组升高,其中CD44v6和CD44v4表达增加在统计学上有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论:IFNγ对人胰腺癌细胞CD44蛋白的表达有调节作用
Objective: To investigate the effect of interferon γ (IFNγ) on the expression of CD44 protein in human pancreatic cancer cells. Methods: CD44s, CD44v9, CD44v6 and CD44v4 monoclonal antibodies were used to detect the expression of CD44 protein after 48 h of human pancreatic cancer cells (SW1990) treated with IFNγ by flow cytometry and immunohistochemistry. Results: The expression of CD44s, CD44v9, CD44v6 and CD44v4 in SW1990 cells was higher than that in the control group after 48h of IFNγ treatment. The expression of CD44v6 and CD44v4 was significantly increased (P<0.05). Conclusion: IFNγ regulates the expression of human pancreatic cancer CD44 protein
