按科学化、规范化、现代化的要求,加强劳动力市场建设,是朱镕基总理1998年2月在天津视察劳动力市场时提出来的。这既是对解决当前下岗职工再就业的要求,也是对我国劳动力市场长远建设的要求。按“三化”要求建设市场,标志着我国劳动力市场建设进入了一个新的历史发展时期。近两年来,劳动力市场建设取得长足进展,各地结合本地区经济发展的特点,大胆试验,勇于探索,取得了成效和经验。为了宣传各地按照“三化”要求建市场的经验,我们开办了“市场巡礼”专栏,每期介绍一个重点城市的劳动力市场,意在传播与交流。——编者
According to the requirements of being scientific, standardized and modern, strengthening labor market construction was put forward by Premier Zhu Rongji when he visited the labor market in Tianjin in February 1998. This is not only a requirement to solve the current re-employment of laid-off workers, but also a requirement for the long-term construction of China's labor market. The construction of the market according to the requirement of “three changes” indicates that the construction of China's labor market has entered a new historical period of development. In the past two years, great progress has been made in building the labor market. With various characteristics of the economic development in the region, all localities boldly test and dare to explore and have achieved fruitful results and experience.
