石漫滩水库泄水建筑物为13孔8m×6m弧形钢闸门,最大泄量3927m~3/s。原闸门控制系统建于1995年,经过几年运用,启闭运行保证率下降,不能满足工作需要。为确保水库度汛安全,对闸门控制系统进行了改造,采用目前较为先进的闸门自动控制系统。该系统采用PentiumⅣ型号的专业工控机,增设了RS485通讯接口,实现了计算机远程拉制;采用专机专用、双机冗余、密码确认保护及多种故障检测方法,保证了系统安全运行;采用了闸门开启高度控制和流量控制两种控制方式,并设有多种控制界面,操作灵活,使用方便,完全满足工程管理和防汛调度的各种要求,大大提高了水库管理现代化水平。
