从10个不同基础群体各选5个诱导率较高的孤雌生殖诱导系,50个诱导系为父本,以郑单958杂交种为母本,分别杂交进行诱导能力评价。结果表明,10个不同基础群体间诱导率存在极显著差异,9号基础群体的平均诱导率高达11.26%,居第1位;2号群体次之,平均诱导率为9.74%。不同基因型诱导系间诱导能力存在显著性差异,诱导系5-2、9-4、5-4、9-3、9-1、2-5、9-5和9-2的诱导率均达到10%以上,其中5-2诱导率最高,达到14.12%。同一诱导系不同杂交诱导果穗之间也存在极显著差异,50个诱导系平均变异系数达47.28%,其中5-4、2-3和3-1等诱导系各自不同诱导果穗间的诱导率变异系数均在5%以下,1-5、8-2、8-1和10-2则高达50%以上。诱导率不仅受父本诱导系基因型的控制,同时与父本基因型的稳定性表达及与母本的雌配子体之间存在显著的互作效应。诱导率高的群体中更有利于选到诱导率高而稳定的诱导系。
Five different inbred lines and 10 inbred lines with higher inducibility were selected from 10 different basic groups as male parents and Zhengdan 958 as female parent to evaluate their inducibility. The results showed that there were significant differences in the induction rate among 10 different basic groups. The average induction rate of basic group 9 was as high as 11.26%, ranking No. 1. The average induction rate of No. 2 was 9.74%. There were significant differences in the induction ability among different genotypes. The induction rates of 5-2, 9-4, 5-4, 9-3, 9-1, 2-5, 9-5 and 9-2 Reached more than 10%, of which the highest 5-2 induction rate, reaching 14.12%.
