为进一步贯彻落实《中共中央关于在全党深入学习邓小平理论的通知》,加强和改进县级以上党委(党组)中心组的学习,中组部、中宣部日前联合下发通知,提出意见。 意见分5部分16条:(一)充分认识加强和改进党委中心组学习的重要性;(二)明确党委中心组学习的目的和内容;(三)努力改进学风;(四)进一步完善学习制度;(五)切实加强对党委中心组学习的领导。
In order to further implement the “Notice of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China about Deepening Deng Xiaoping’s Theory in the Party” and to strengthen and improve the study of the party committees (party groups) above the county level, the Central Organization Department and the Central Propaganda Department jointly issued a circular and put forward their opinions. The opinions are divided into 5 parts and 16 parts: (1) fully understanding the importance of strengthening and improving the study of the Party Central Committee; (2) clarifying the purpose and contents of the study of the CPC Central Committee; (3) making efforts to improve the style of study; (4) further improving the learning system ; (5) earnestly strengthen leadership over the study of the party center group.
