十一届三中全会以来，党的思想路线在各方面得到了落实，我们的工作取得了重大胜利，但是，在作风建设上，党的思想路线落实还不尽人意，必须引起重视。作者认为，要正确地认识思想路线在作风建设上的重要意义，针对目前党风建设中存在的问题，落实党的思想路线。
Since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee, the party’s ideological line has been implemented in all aspects and our work has achieved major victories. However, on the construction of style, the implementation of the party’s ideological line is not satisfactory and must be given due attention. The author believes that we should correctly understand the significance of the ideological line in building a style of work and in light of the current problems in the party’s work style building and the implementation of the ideological line of the party.
