目的 研究单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂 (GM1 )对脑缺血再灌注损伤的作用。方法 采用大鼠全脑缺血再灌注动物模型(4VO) ,测定观察假手术组 (对照组 )、脑缺血 30 min再灌注 60 min生理盐水处理组、GM1 处理组脑海马组织线粒体钙 (MCa)、钙调素(Ca M)含量改变 ,以及缺血 30 min再灌注 4 d脑海马 CA1 区普通病理和超微病理改变。结果 脑缺血 30 min再灌注 60 min海马组织MCa、Ca M含量显著性升高 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,脑缺血 30 min再灌注 4d海马 CA1 区神经元呈现严重缺血、坏死病理改变 ,GM1 处理后则上述结果明显好转。结论 GM1 对脑缺血再灌注损伤具有保护作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of ganglioside monosialotetraose (GM1) on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury. Methods The rat model of global cerebral ischemia-reperfusion (4VO) was established. The rats in sham operation group (control group), 60 min saline reperfusion group (30 min reperfusion) and GM1-treated group ), Calmodulin (Ca M), and normal and ultrastructural changes of hippocampal CA1 area at 30 min after ischemia reperfusion. Results The contents of MCa and Ca M in hippocampus were significantly increased at 30 min after reperfusion for 60 min in cerebral ischemia (P <0.01). The neurons in hippocampal CA1 area showed severe ischemia and necrosis at 30 min after reperfusion for 30 min Change, GM1 treatment significantly improved the above results. Conclusion GM1 has a protective effect on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury.
