年复一年,迪庆州人民银行发生了巨大的变化。随着业务量的增大,业务科室从原来的几个扩大到十几个,职工人数也由原来的二十多人增加到现在的六十多人,而且素质不断得到提高。近年来,国库、发行、保卫、计划、人事教育、会计等部门的工作先后得到省分行的表彰和奖励,涌现出一批又一批的先进工作者;1991年,迪庆州分行被省委、省政府授予“社会治安综合治理先进单位”。取得这些成绩当然离不开全行上下的努力,但是,如果没有一位好带头人,人员再多也好比一盘散沙。有一位带头人为迪庆州人民银行的发展作出了无私的奉献,他就是现任中国人民银行迪庆藏族自治州分行行长、党组书记、高级经济师木文华同志。
