1.荣某,女,61岁。1994年2月10日因发热五天,伴咳嗽、咽痛三天来诊。诊断“上呼吸道感染”。既往有青霉素过敏史。给予5%葡萄糖盐水500ml加清开灵注射液60ml静脉输入。用药后半小时患者排尿一次,随即主诉眩晕、发冷、胸闷。观察:面色苍白,口唇青紫,出冷汗,呼之不能应答,血压23/13kPa。即刻使患者平卧、吸氧,停用清开灵液体,输入5%葡萄糖250ml加地塞米松5mg。10分钟后,神志恢复;20分钟后,面色转红润,呼吸正常,休克症状缓解。
