目的 :观察清开灵对大鼠谷氨酸神经毒性脑损伤的作用 ,以寻找有效的抗谷氨酸神经毒性的中西药物。方法 :采用细胞形态计量、电镜及免疫组织化学方法 ,观察清开灵对谷氨酸所致大鼠脑损伤的影响。结果 :清开灵可对抗谷氨酸所致的大鼠脑组织水、钠含量的增加 ,减轻谷氨酸所致的皮层及海马细胞的形态结构的损伤 ,降低脑组织中c fos阳性细胞率。结论 :清开灵具有抗谷氨酸神经毒性作用 ,其作用机制与抑制谷氨酸所致的c fos基因表达增强有关
Objective : To observe the effect of Qingkailing on brain injury induced by glutamate neurotoxicity in rats to find effective anti-glutamic acid neurotoxicity of Chinese and Western drugs. Methods: The effects of Qingkailing on brain injury induced by glutamate in rats were observed by cell morphometry, electron microscopy and immunohistochemistry. RESULTS: Qingkailing could increase the content of water and sodium in brain tissue of rats induced by glutamate, reduce the damage of morphological structure of cortical and hippocampal cells induced by glutamate, and reduce the rate of c fos positive cells in brain tissue. . Conclusion: Qingkailing has anti-glutamate neurotoxicity and its mechanism of action is related to the inhibition of glutamate-induced c fos gene expression.
