信托在我国的发展大约从20世纪20年代开始,主要为集中在金融领域的商事信托。当前我国已基本确立了金融业的全面分业监管制度,对信托的监管,也就成为了我国金融监管的重要组成部分。
The development of trusts in our country started almost from the 1920s, mainly focusing on commercial trusts in the financial field.
