蚤休和拳参是常用中药材。在药材商品中,拳参习称“草河车”或“重楼”。但是,“草河车”和“重楼”又是蚤体的异名。因此,有些地区将二药混用。其实,这是错误的。那么,二者究竟有什么区别?笔者仅就其来源、药材性状做一考证,供读者参考。据考有关蚤休的记载,始见于汉代《神农本草经》。历代拳草均有记载。蚤休为百合科植物七叶一枝花、金钱重楼及多种同属植物 Paris Palyphgua Smith
