从新疆雪莲(Saussurea involucrata Kar.et Kin.)中得到三种黄酮结晶。全草粉末用70%乙醇浸泡,滤液蒸除乙醇后,依次用乙醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇萃取。乙醚提取液依次用1%硼砂液、5%碳酸氢钠液及5%碳酸钠液萃取。硼砂液用盐酸中和,析出黄色沉淀(晶Ⅰ)。经定性分析、纸层析等确定为槲皮素。5%碳酸钠提取液用盐酸中和,生成棕黄色沉淀(晶Ⅱ)。熔点:266—268℃。加稀盐酸水解,煮沸数小时无变
Three flavonoid crystals were obtained from Saussurea involucrata Kar.et Kin. The whole grass powder was soaked in 70% ethanol. The filtrate was distilled off of ethanol and extracted with ether, ethyl acetate and n-butanol in that order. The ether extract was extracted with 1% borax solution, 5% sodium hydrogen carbonate solution and 5% sodium carbonate solution. The borax solution was neutralized with hydrochloric acid and a yellow precipitate (crystal I) precipitated. Qualcoma was determined by qualitative analysis, paper chromatography, and the like. The 5% sodium carbonate extract was neutralized with hydrochloric acid to give a brown-yellow precipitate (crystal II). Melting point: 266-268°C.
