引言三叉神经痛是三叉神经的一个或多个分枝的阵发性剧烈疼痛。病人陈诉有刺痛或触电感,持续时间常不超过1分钟。初期发作较轻,常有数月的缓解期。后来,缓解期缩短,疼痛更严重,直至每天发作。各种刺激,包括进食,谈话,舌和唇运动,打呵欠,碰触面部皮肤,吹风,头部突然运动,偶尔走路、大声噪音或强光,皆可诱发疼痛。发病女多于男,起病多在45岁以后。由于其基本病因未明,故常统称之为特发性三叉神经痛。少数病例起因于多发性脑脊髓硬化症。Harris曾记述,三叉神经痛有时发生于拔牙或牙齿脓毒病之后。Dott提
Introduction Trigeminal neuralgia is paroxysmal severe pain of one or more branches of the trigeminal nerve. Patients complained of tingling or electric shock, the duration often not more than 1 minute. The initial seizures lighter, often several months of remission. Later, the remission period shortened, the pain worse, until the daily attack. Various stimuli, including eating, talking, tongue and labial movements, yawning, touching facial skin, hair blowing, sudden head movement, occasional walking, loud noise or glare, can all cause pain. Women more than men, more than 45 years of age onset. Because of its basic etiology is unknown, so often referred to as idiopathic trigeminal neuralgia.
