“去年这个时候店里门前冷落,看车的还没卖车的人多,今年人气回升不少,可下单者却依旧不多,照此下去,甭想全额拿到厂家的年终返点了。”某合资品牌汽车4S店老板孙杰(化名)的遭遇并非偶然,自2008年下半年起,中国车市的境遇甚是糟糕:孙杰们既要扛住金融危机下的销量滑坡,又得抵御同城对手恶狠狠的价格战,更要命的是,厂家为了实现全年销售目标不断向他们转移库存压力,各大4S店就像一张张绷紧到极限的弓。仿佛一夜之间,这个曾经风靡一时的高投入、高产出商业模式已演变成了一个进退不得的博弈游戏。进,可怜的销量、高企的库存和每月高达上百万元的支出着实压得人喘不过气来;退,则意味着高达数千万元的投入和几年的苦心经营会打水漂。有些4S店选择了长痛不如短痛的做法,关闭了事,一了百了,而更多的4S店正苦苦支撑着,等待车市回暖。显然,命运将4S店逼到了墙角,4S店需要救赎,更需要自救,而未来的那根稻草就在经销商自己的手中。
