进入21世纪以来,社会经济飞速发展,教育教学在社会发展中的作用越来越突出。职业教育不同于普通高等院校的教育,中职生的文化水平和知识基础都较弱,在学习过程中较容易出现自卑心理,不利于学习积极性的发挥。完善班级管理,加强班级建立力度,是促进班级飞速发展的重要手段。激励行为属于班级管理中的有效对策之一,它能够在学生面临困境的时候帮助他们重塑信心,并帮助他们健康快乐的成长。因此,本文就结合我国中职班级管理的实际情况,简单阐述一下如何将激烈行为有效运用到其中,从而切实提高班级的管理水平,促进学生综合素质的提升。
Since the 21st century, the rapid development of social economy and the role of education and teaching in social development have become increasingly prominent. Vocational education is different from the education of ordinary institutions of higher learning. Secondary vocational education students’ cultural level and knowledge base are weak. They are more likely to show inferiority in the process of learning, which is not conducive to learning enthusiasm. Improving class management and strengthening class building are important means to promote the rapid development of classes. Incentive behavior is one of the effective measures in class management. It can help students to reshape their confidence and help them grow healthily and happily when they face difficulties. Therefore, based on the actual situation of class management in secondary vocational schools in our country, this article simply expounds how to effectively apply the violent behavior to it, so as to effectively improve the management level of the class and promote the overall quality of students.
