目的评价CT在癫痫临床诊断中的应用效果,以供今后的临床工作参考和借鉴。方法选择荆州市第一人民医院神经内科2008年6月-2012年5月收治的67例癫痫患者作为研究对象,回顾性分析其临床资料,比较患者脑电图(EEG)和颅脑CT扫描检查结果异常率的差异。结果经过比较后发现,癫痫颅脑CT检查结果阳性率明显低于EEG,数据处理后发现差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在CT检查结果异常的53例患者中,病因为颅内肿瘤20例、脑梗死7例、脑出血4例、脑囊虫9例、先天畸形6例、脑内异物7例。结论 EEG和颅脑CT检查均对癫痫的临床诊断具有一定的价值,其中EEG的敏感性较高,而CT在癫痫病因的检出方面更具优势,更有助于指导癫痫的临床治疗。
Objective To evaluate the application of CT in the clinical diagnosis of epilepsy for reference and reference for future clinical work. Methods Sixty-seven patients with epilepsy who were admitted to Department of Neurology, First People’s Hospital of Jingzhou City from June 2008 to May 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. Results After comparison, the positive rate of brain CT examination of epilepsy was significantly lower than that of EEG, and the difference was statistically significant after data processing (P <0.05). Of the 53 patients with abnormal CT findings, the cause was intracranial tumors in 20, cerebral infarction in 7, intracerebral hemorrhage in 4, neurocysticercosis in 9, congenital malformation in 6, and intracranial foreign body in 7. Conclusion Both EEG and CT scan have some value in the clinical diagnosis of epilepsy. EEG is more sensitive and CT is more advantageous in the detection of epilepsy, which is more helpful to guide the clinical treatment of epilepsy.
