当前,在世界经济整体复苏的形势下,世界贸易壁垒与贸易摩擦不断、地区政局动荡、原材料与人力成本节节攀升,致使企业,尤其是全球性企业,经常面临着供应中断的问题。同时,我们去年的调查发现供应渠道不稳定首次超过运营成本和按期交付,成为企业采购部门面临的最主要的挑战。众所周知,企业的供应商管理水平与供应渠道稳定的关系是非常紧密的,通过开展供应商管理调查,可以及时地发现企业管理供应风险的不同,揭示减少供应中断的发生有效途径。
At present, with the overall recovery of the world economy, world trade barriers and trade frictions are constantly growing, regional political turmoil, and raw materials and labor costs are rising. As a result, companies, especially global companies, are often faced with supply disruptions. At the same time, our survey last year found that the instability of the supply channel exceeds operating costs and delivery on schedule for the first time, becoming the most important challenge facing the corporate procurement department. As we all know, the relationship between the supplier management level and the stability of the supply channel is very close. By conducting supplier management surveys, it is possible to discover in a timely manner the differences in corporate management supply risks and reveal the effective ways to reduce supply disruptions.
