通过对掘进机电控箱箱体自动焊工艺的研究,首次将电控箱焊接由机器人焊接代替原手工焊,提高了电控箱箱体的一次焊接合格率,消除了原手工焊存在的安全隐患,同时提高了焊缝外观质量与焊接生产效率。
