尿雌三醇(E_3)测定对了解胎儿及胎盘功能和对高危妊娠的监护有着重要意义。一年来对我院44例高危妊娠(妊娠中毒症10例、过期妊娠27例、死胎7例),并没正常妊娠对照组31例。其结果:正常妊娠妇女正常均值最低为11.35mg/24小时尿,最高值为33.4mg/24小时尿。其规律是随着孕周增加而逐步上升至41周达高峰,尔后又下降。凡24小时尿E_3含量低
