目的对比分析CT扫描与磁共振对腔隙性脑梗死的诊断价值。方法选取48例腔隙性脑梗死患者为研究对象,入选者均进行颅脑CT和磁共振(MRI)检查。对比分析两种检测方法对腔隙性脑梗死的检查结果及检出率。结果 48例患者MRI检查共检出187处病灶,检出率为100%,CT检查共检出38处病灶,检出率为20.3%,MRI检查的检出率明显高于CT检查方法(P<0.01);MRI检查所检测病灶范围比CT检测范围更大,影像表现在病灶形态、特点、部位均优于CT影像。结论与CT检查相比,MRI检查早期腔隙性脑梗死检测范围广、检出率高,具有更高的诊断价值,应作为首选检查方法。
Objective To compare the diagnostic value of CT scan and magnetic resonance imaging in lacunar infarction. Methods Forty-eight patients with lacunar infarction were enrolled in this study. All patients underwent brain CT and MRI examinations. Comparative analysis of two detection methods for lacunar infarction test results and detection rate. Results A total of 187 lesions were detected by MRI in 48 patients. The detection rate was 100%. 38 lesions were detected by CT. The detection rate was 20.3%. The detection rate of MRI was significantly higher than that of CT (P <0.01). The extent of lesion detected by MRI was larger than that of CT, and the image was better than CT in lesion morphology, features and location. Conclusion Compared with CT, MRI examination early lacunar infarction detection range, high detection rate, with higher diagnostic value, should be used as the preferred method of examination.
