甘蓝型油菜种子的脂肪酸组分主要有8种,分别为棕榈酸(C16:0)、硬脂酸(C18:0)、油酸(C18:1)、亚油酸(C18:2)、亚麻酸(C18:3)、花生酸(C20:0)、廿碳烯酸(C20:1)、芥酸(C22:1)。在双低甘蓝型油菜种子中油酸、亚油酸和亚麻酸之和占脂肪酸总和的90%左右,是种子中重要的三种脂肪酸组分,不同脂肪酸组分所占的比例决定着其营养价值和用途,同时筛选高油酸材料可以作为高品质
