被称为“改革后农村沃土孕育出来的一朵教育新花”——乡镇成人教育中心校,十年办学,成绩斐然,已是整个社会所公认的事实。根据中央提出的十年经济和社会发展规划和“八五”计划,苏南农村从内向型经济向外向型经济发展,开始第二次战略转移。但是,我们明显地看到,农村人才严重不足,首先是农村中等专业中级技术以上人才资源的缺乏。据统计,三业总产值达二亿以上的乡镇,这类人才不足青壮劳动力总数的1%,不足乡村企业职工总数的5%,特别是外向型经济的人才尤为奇缺。乡镇成人教育中心校要担负起培养当前需要人才的重任,在客观上还存在着经费投入不足,教学手段落后,师资队伍不强,管理水平低下,基础设施薄弱等现象,因此,必须以一种新的思路来考虑
Known as the “new flower of education” born out of the fertile rural soil after the reform, the township adult education center school has achieved great accomplishments in 10 years running. However, we have clearly noticed that there is a serious shortage of qualified personnel in rural areas. First, there is a lack of resources for mid-level and intermediate-level technical personnel in rural areas. According to statistics, townships and towns with a total output value of more than 200 million in three industries account for less than 1% of the total number of young and middle-aged workers, which is less than 5% of the total number of rural workers. In particular, the talents in the export-oriented economy are especially scarce. The township adult education center school should take up the important task of training the current need of talents. There are still some problems such as insufficient investment, backward teaching methods, weak teaching staff, low management level, weak infrastructure and so on objectively.
