“一条龙”教学法:就是把教学、实习、产销有机地融为一体。乡农校因地制宜地引进技术或良种,进行试点,成功后再办班将技术传授给学员。并积极为学员提供生产所必需的物品。同时搞好跟踪服务,指导学员在生产中运用,帮助他们组织产品销售。这种教学与生产实践相结合,把教学贯穿于生产过程始终的教学方法,是乡农校发挥直接有效地为当地农业生产和经济建设服务的一条好路子。具体要搞好“三个”服务。1.认真搞好产前技术服务。乡农校要立足于本地优势,根据产业结构的调整和市场需求,确定好生产项目,开办技术培训班,向学员传授生产项目所需的技术。教学要理论联系实际,课堂讲授与课外实习相结合,既向学员传授好理论知识,又教学员实际操作。与此同时,乡农校要帮助学员组织生产项目所需
