我国60％以上的人口居住在农村。没有农民的小康就没有全国人民的小康,没有农村的现代化就没有全国的现代化。实现农村现代化,加快农民奔小康,这是一项长期、艰巨而又繁重的任务。进一步加强农业、农村科技档案的开发利用,对农村的发展具有重要的作用。本文就此作些初步的探讨。
Over 60% of our population live in rural areas. Without the well-off peasants there will be no well-off people across the country. There will be no nationwide modernization without rural modernization. To achieve rural modernization and accelerate peasants’ pursuit of well-being in the countryside is a long-term, arduous and arduous task. Further strengthening the development and utilization of agricultural and rural science and technology files plays an important role in the development of rural areas. This article makes some preliminary discussions.
