中国财政学会2001年年会暨第15次全国财政理论研讨会1月17日至19日在江苏无锡召开。全国人大常委会原副委员长王丙乾、财政部部长项怀诚、副部长张佑才、全国人大常委会委员迟海滨、财政部顾问傅芝邨以及来自全国各地的250余位代表出席了会议。王丙乾在讲话中要求大家认真学习、深刻领会、全面贯彻落实江泽民同志“七一”讲话精神和党的十五届五中、六中全会精神,并结合2001年11月底中央经济工作会议的各项安排,以邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想为指导,树立正确的财政观,继往开来,不断开创财政研究和财政工作的新局面。
The Annual Meeting of China’s Institute of Finance in 2001 and the 15th National Symposium on Financial Theory were held in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province from January 17 to January 19. Wang Bingqian, former vice-chairman of the NPC Standing Committee, Xiang Huaicheng, minister of finance, Zhang Youcai, vice minister of the NPC Standing Committee, Chi Haibin, member of the NPC Standing Committee, Fu Zhicun, consultant of the Ministry of Finance, and more than 250 representatives from all over the country attended the meeting. In his speech, Wang Bingqian urged all of us to conscientiously study and profoundly understand and thoroughly implement Comrade Jiang Zemin’s “July 1” speech spirit and the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 15th CPC Central Committee and the 6th Plenary Session of the 15th CPC Central Committee. In the light of the central economic work conference held in late November 2001 Guided by Deng Xiaoping Theory and the important thought of “Three Represents,” various arrangements set a correct outlook on finance and will continue to open up and create a new situation in financial research and public finance.
