目的:探讨将风险管理应用于内科护理管理中的效果。方法:将2014年1月~2016年4月医院内科诊治的患者,选取122例为临床研究病例,根据就诊顺序编号并按单双号分成对照组与观察组。对照组61例患者仅给予常规护理,观察组61例患者应用风险管理护理。比较两组患者危机事件发生率、投诉率、护理质量评分及满意度。结果:观察组患者危机事件发生率、满意度、投诉率、护理质量评分,与对照组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:风险管理护理干预可有效改善内科护理中危机事件的发生情况,减少投诉事件发生,提高患者护理质量及护理满意度。
Objective: To explore the effect of applying risk management in medical nursing management. Methods: From January 2014 to April 2016, 122 cases were selected as clinical research cases in our hospital. According to the order of treatment, the patients were divided into control group and observation group according to single and double numbers. 61 patients in the control group were given routine care only, and 61 patients in the observation group were given risk management care. The incidence of crisis events, complaint rate, nursing quality score and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: The incidence of crisis, satisfaction, complaint rate and quality of care in observation group were significantly different from those in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Risk management nursing intervention can effectively improve the incidence of crisis in medical nursing, reduce the incidence of complaints and improve the quality of patient care and nursing satisfaction.
