本文报导马尾松(Pinus massonina Lamb)苗营养诊断的简易、快速的化学方法。样品不需称重烘干,只要采集一定长度的鲜叶样品,直接用H_2O_2—H_2SO_4湿烧法制备待测液。除钾素用火焰光度法测定外,氮磷钙镁元素均用比色法测定,其测定结果用每单位厘米叶片所含元素的克微数表示。在对结果进行数理统计的基础上,提出了判定马尾松苗营养元素丰缺的方法,并发现马尾松苗紫化病主要是缺钾,其次是缺磷。
This article reports a simple and rapid chemical method for the nutritional diagnosis of Pinus massonina Lamb seedlings. The sample does not need to be weighed and dried, as long as a certain length of fresh leaf samples are collected and the solution to be measured is directly prepared by H 2 O 2 -H 2 SO 4 wet-burning method. In addition to the determination of potassium by flame photometry, nitrogen and phosphorus calcium and magnesium were determined by colorimetry, the determination of the results with centimeter per centimeter leaf elements contained in grams of micro-said. Based on the mathematical statistics of the results, a method for judging the abundance and deficiency of nutrient elements in Pinus massoniana seedlings is proposed. It is found that Pinus massoniana seedling disease is mainly caused by potassium deficiency, followed by phosphorus deficiency.
