目的:比较不同年级医学生医德行为选择倾向,为针对性地加强医德教育提供参考。方法随机选择汕头大学医学院一年级至四年级临床医学专业831名学生为研究对象,自行设计调查问卷,对研究对象进行横断面调查。结果不同年级医学生对医德行为的评价和医德行为选择倾向的差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05),随着年级的升高呈现出逐渐不符合医德规范的趋势(P <0.05)。结论医学院校需要重视不同年级医学生医德行为选择倾向的差异,亟待建立一贯制的医德行为养成教育制度。“,”Objective To provide a reference for strengthening ethics education by comparing ethics behavioral tendency of medical students in different grades.Methods A unified cross-sectional survey was conducted among 831 students in Grade One to Grade Four from Shantou University Medical College.Results There were significant differences in terms of the evaluation on medical ethics behaviors and behavioral tendency between different grades.What’s more,it showed a downward trend on meeting the medical ethics standard with increasing grade.Conclusions The survey prompt medical colleges to focus on a downward trend of medical students’ethics behaviors with increasing grade.Thus,a consistent system of medical ethics education should be established urgently to help foster good medical ethics behav-iors.
