目的:了解公共事业管理专业(卫生事业管理方向)学生毕业对口用人单位在知识和能力方面的需求状况,为该专业学生的培养模式提供参考。方法采用自制问卷,对该专业的32家对口用人单位的人事部门人员进行问卷调查,并进行统计分析。结果知识需求方面,用人单位认为最重要的依次为管理学(31.3%)、统计学(28.1%)、医学(15.6%)、经济学(15.6%);能力需求方面,用人单位认为最重要的依次为文书撰写(31.3%)、组织管理(22.0%)、人际交往(22.0%)、口头表达(15.6%)和计算机操作(9.4%)。结论提倡学生继续深造、丰富教学策略、积极开展第二课堂和鼓励学生参与科研项目应当成为人才培养模式的重要内容。“,”Objective To learn of demand on knowledge and ability of relative employer of health profession management programs and provide evidence for training model of students.Methods Ques-tionnaire investigation was conducted in 32 employers and then statistic analysis was carried out.Results On the knowledge,the most important are successively Management(31.3%),Statistics(28.1%), Medicine(15.6%),Economics(15.6%);On the ability,the most important are successively document writing(31.3%),organization and management (22.0%),interpersonal communication (22.0%),oral expression(15.6%)and computer skills(9.4%).Conclusions Advocating advanced training,enriching teaching strategies,developing second classroom and improving students to participate in research program should be the significant contents in the training model.
