针对多轴驱动车辆之油气悬架系统对多轴转向性能的影响,建立了基于连通式油气悬架的多轴车辆转向系统耦合模型。应用MATLAB/Simulink仿真分析了油气悬架系统的几个主要参数对多轴转向系统侧倾特性的影响,得出了悬架系统参数中悬架液压缸有杆腔横截面积对多轴转向特性有比较明显的影响、蓄能器公称充气体积和初始压力也对多轴转向特性有一定影响的结论。分析结果表明,适当配置油气悬架系统参数、进一步研究油气悬架与多轴转向的耦合特性,也是提高多轴车辆转向系统侧倾特性的一个技术方法。
Aiming at the multi-axle steering performance of the multi-axle driven vehicle’s oil-gas suspension system, a multi-axle vehicle steering system coupling model based on the connected oil-gas suspension is established. The influence of several main parameters of the hydro-pneumatic suspension system on the roll characteristics of the multi-axle steering system was analyzed by MATLAB / Simulink. The relationship between the cross-sectional area of the rod chamber of the suspension hydraulic cylinder and the multi-axis steering characteristics There are obvious effects, the accumulator nominal inflation volume and initial pressure also have some influence on the multi-axis steering characteristics. The analysis results show that proper configuration of the parameters of the hydro-pneumatic suspension system to further study the coupling characteristics of the hydro-pneumatic suspension and multi-axis steering is also a technical method to improve the roll characteristics of the steering system of a multi-axle vehicle.
