一1909年阴历正月初八,张贻祥生于安徽省金寨县南溪镇南湾村吴家湾一户贫苦农家。全家9口人,仅有3亩薄田、3间草房,全年收获粮食仅够全家生活3个月,其余时间只能靠野菜度过饥荒。他的父亲张良瑛与母亲张汪氏共养育了4个儿子、3个女儿,张贻祥是老三。由于灾荒和外债增加,念了两年私塾的张贻祥很快就辍学在家,帮助家里干一些拾柴、放牛等
On the eighth day of the first lunar month in 1909, Zhang Yixiang was born in a poor farmhouse in Wujiawan, Nanwan Village, Nanxi Town, Jinzhai County, Anhui Province.
