岗位培训做为成人教育的重点已提出4年了,我省的岗位培训试点工作进展如何呢? 1990年11月27—29日,全省岗位培训经验交流会在大庆市石油化工总厂召开。这次会议重点总结交流了岗位培训试点经验。会上交流的55份经验材料中,涉及直接、有效地为企业服务的应急、专项、专题培训经验较之过去有所增多,也比较全面地总结了岗位培训中各种类型的培训。借此,仅就我省近两年来的岗位培训试点工作做一下综述。一、概况我省现有1万8千多家企业,5千1百多家企业亏损,5千5百多家企业停产、半停产。在企业经济不景气的状况下,岗位培训虽受到了不同程度的影响,但仍取得了很大成绩,尤其是试点工作取得了突破性进展。1988年,在哈尔滨汽轮机厂召开的全省第一次岗位培训经验交流会,重点交流了面向企业,面向生产,开展规范化岗位培训的经验。1989年4月,在全省教育工作会议上,提出了成人教育要在继续抓好岗位规
Post training as the focus of adult education has been proposed for 4 years, the province’s job training pilot progress? 27 November 29, 1990, the province’s post training experience exchange held in Daqing Petrochemical Plant. The meeting focused on the exchange of job training pilot experience. Of the 55 experience materials exchanged at the meeting, the emergency, special and special training experiences concerning the direct and effective service to the enterprises have increased compared with the past, and moreover all kinds of training in job training have been summarized. In this way, I only make a summary of the job training pilot projects in our province in the recent two years. First, the overview There are currently more than 18,000 enterprises in our province, more than 5,111 corporate losses, more than 5,500 companies discontinued, semi-discontinued. Despite the economic downturn, job training has achieved great success although it has been affected to varying degrees. In particular, breakthroughs have been made in the pilot work. In 1988, Harbin Turbine Factory held the first post-training experience exchange meeting in the province, focusing on exchange of business oriented, production-oriented training to carry out standardized job experience. 1989 April, at the provincial education conference, put forward the adult education should continue to do a good job post regulation
