目的了解福建省高中学生不良饮食行为发生情况,为制定干预措施提供依据。方法用分层整群抽样法,选取全省27所高中(职高)7 848名学生进行问卷调查。结果福建省高中生中存在多种饮食不良行为,有54.8%吃蔬菜<2次/d,53.6%吃水果<1次/d,35.3%不喝或较少喝牛奶,32.9%偏食,24.0%吃甜点≥1次/d。多种不良行为发生率男生高于女生,职高学生高于其他高中。结论福建省高中学生饮食习惯存在许多问题,应根据城乡、不同类别学校和不同性别的特点,采取针对性干预措施。
Objective To understand the incidence of unhealthy eating behaviors among high school students in Fujian Province and provide the basis for the formulation of intervention measures. Methods By stratified cluster sampling method, 7 848 students from 27 high schools (vocational high schools) in the province were selected for questionnaire survey. Results There were many eating disorders among high school students in Fujian Province, 54.8% eating vegetables <2 times / d, 53.6% eating fruits <1 time / d, 35.3% drinking less or drinking less milk, 32.9% partial eclipse, 24.0% Eat dessert ≥ 1 time / d. The incidence of many kinds of bad behavior is higher than that of the boys and the ones of vocational high schools are higher than those of other high schools. Conclusion There are many problems in the eating habits of high school students in Fujian Province. Specific interventions should be taken according to the characteristics of urban and rural areas, different types of schools and different genders.
