槭叶草[Mukdenia rossii(OliV)Koidz],属虎耳草科植物(1),生长于岩石缝间。通化地区民间有用其根部水煎液口服,据称心脏病人服后夜间睡眠良好。以往文献上未见有关于其药理作用的报导。我们于夏秋(7-10月)采集,经实验发现它根部含有钙、钾,并有一种加强蟾蜍心肌收缩力的成分,报导如下。材料和方法一、提取液的制备:将械叶草根部阴干后,取100克,用95%乙醇迥流提取三小时
Mukdenia rossii (OliV) Koidz is a Saxifragaceae plant (1) that grows between the rocks. People in Tonghua area used their root decoction for oral administration, and it is said that heart disease people sleep well at night after serving. There have been no reports of its pharmacological effects in previous literature. We collected it in the summer and fall (July-October). It was found that the root contains calcium and potassium, and there is a component that strengthens the myocardial contractility of the iliac crest. The report is as follows.
