利用非平衡磁控溅射技术在铝合金表面制备了类石墨镀层,分析了碳靶电流对镀层组织、硬度、结合强度以及摩擦系数的影响。结果表明:碳靶电流在1.2~1.8 A内,电流越小,镀层越致密。随着碳靶电流的增大,镀层硬度先增加后降低,并在1.5 A时达到最大值226 HV0.025。结合强度、摩擦系数随碳靶电流的增加而降低;碳靶电流为1.8 A时,摩擦系数达到最小值0.2。
Graphite-like coatings were prepared on the surface of aluminum alloy by unbalanced magnetron sputtering. The effects of carbon target current on the microstructure, hardness, bonding strength and friction coefficient were analyzed. The results show that the carbon target current is within 1.2 ~ 1.8 A, the smaller the current, the more dense the coating. As the carbon target current increases, the hardness of the coating first increases and then decreases, reaching a maximum of 226 HV0.025 at 1.5 A. The friction coefficient decreases with the increase of carbon target current. When the carbon target current is 1.8 A, the friction coefficient reaches the minimum of 0.2.
