格兰尼斯·安格兰达(Glennys Anglada)是多米尼加著名平面设计师、收藏家,最近,她引以为豪的收藏品是奥巴马海报。在2008年11月19日圣多明各巴纳商学院开幕的“艺术化政治·政治式艺术”(Art as Politics,Politics as Art)展览中,格兰尼斯共展出70多幅相关海报以支持当时正在竞选中的奥巴马。在过去,艺术家或设计师偶尔会为竞选人贡献自己的作品,以示声援或替代普通竞选方式。但是,历史上还从未出现过这么大数量以候选人为原型的独立海报。
Glennys Anglada, a prominent Dominican graphic designer and collector, recently won the obama posters. At the opening of the Art as Politics, Politics as Art exhibition on November 19, 2008 in Barba Business School in Santo Domingo, Granis exhibited a total of more than 70 relevant Poster to support Obama at the time. In the past, artists or designers occasionally contributed their works to the candidates for solidarity or alternative to ordinary electioneering. However, such a large number of independent posters based on the candidates have never been seen before in history.
