7月下旬至8月上旬,应兵团新闻工作者协会的邀请,河南省新闻采访团一行10余人来到兵团采访。我有幸成为其中的一员。10多天所见所闻,感受颇深。兵团的很多东西对我而言都是新鲜的,而兵团人所表现出来的巨大凝聚力则给我留下了最为深刻的印象。这种凝聚力首先表现在政今畅行,一切行动听指挥上。对于我们此次采访的行程安排,兵团党委宣传部向有关各师发了明传电报,各师都非常重视,对我们到团场采访及接待事务作了周密的安排,内容充实,衔接紧密,所接触的人均有军人雷厉风行、行动听指挥的作风,使我们的采访得以顺利进行。兵团上下表现出来的这种凝聚力,是与兵团屯垦戍边的特殊使命和半军事化管理分不开的。
From late July to early August, at the invitation of Corps of Journalists and Workers’ Association, more than 10 news interviews with Henan press delegation came to the Corps for interview. I am fortunate to be one of them. More than 10 days to see and hear, deep feelings. A lot of things Corps are new to me, and the great cohesion demonstrated by Corps left me the most profound impression. This kind of cohesion is first manifested in the present administration and all actions are directed at the command. For our schedule of this interview, Propaganda Department of the Corps Communist Party Committee sent a telegram to all the relevant teachers. All the teachers attached great importance to it. They made careful arrangements for our interviews and receptions in the field. The contents were substantial, closely linked, The military personnel in contact were both vigorous and resolute in their actions and the command and management style of operation made our interview proceed smoothly. The cohesion demonstrated by the corps is inseparable from the special mission and semi-militarized management of the Corps in reclaiming the garrison.
