测定了三种不同原料的钽丝,在不同含氧量时的硬度、电阻率和内耗,得到了一批数据,归出了与含氧量的关系式,也了解到氧在钽中分布的一些情况,对于原料不同造成的性能差异作了探讨。
The tantalum wires of three different raw materials were measured. The hardness, resistivity and internal friction at different oxygen contents were obtained. A series of data were obtained and the relation with oxygen content was deduced.
