2017年3月5日,第十二届全国人民代表大会第三次会议在北京人民大会堂开幕,国务院总理李克强作政府工作报告时指出,要推动产业结构迈向中高端;深入实施《中国制造2025》;坚持创新驱动、智能转型、强化基础、绿色发展;从而加快“从制造大国转向制造强国”的步伐。李克强强调:“质量之魂,存于匠心。要大力弘扬工匠精神,厚植工匠文化,恪尽职业操守,崇尚精益求精,培育众多‘中国工匠’,打造更多享誉世界的‘中国品牌’,推动中国经济发展进入质量时代。”
On March 5, 2017, the third session of the Twelfth National People’s Congress opened in Beijing’s Great Hall of the People and Premier Li Keqiang made a government work report.
