农村留守儿童一直是一个广受社会关注的问题,而处于初中阶段的留守儿童,除了具有留守儿童自身的问题之外,还要面对青春期的困扰,这就为农村初中教师制造了更大的教育和管理障碍。那么,面对农村初中留守儿童的教育与管理问题,广大教师应该采取什么样的方式和技巧呢?认为在教育与管理中给予学生更多的关心与爱护才能引导处于青春期的留守儿童更好地面对学习、面对生活、面向未来。
