On December 16, 1983, I attended a founding conference of “China Folk Arts and Crafts Professional Committee” held in Foshan, Guangdong on December 16, 1983 and made a special speech. My department Pan Chunfang, Wang Xiaoqin, Hu Guorui, Huang Wusheng, Wang Daochen, Cao Yaoming, Nguyen Thong Yong, Cham-seok, etc. have been approved to join the Jiangsu Arts and Crafts Association. I was the associate professor Jin Geng Rong, Zhang Wei new teacher designed the silk tie-dyed fashion, to participate in China Fashion Color Association held in 1984
